Open the oil filler cap. If you have a stethoscope, you can insert the stethoscope into the oil port and you can hear the knocking sound. In severe cases, you can hear it near the engine. When the throttle suddenly increases, the sound is more prominent.
The engine speed is slightly increased, avoiding the rough area when the idle speed is working, and the oil is cut off by the cylinder. If the sound is reduced after the oil is cut off, and then the sound is quickly applied when the oil is supplied quickly, the cylinder rod bearing is loud.
During the operation of the diesel generator, if the sound of the connecting rod bearing is not obvious, and the sound disappears after the oil is cut off, and there is no large driving slope, the cylinder with the sound can be cut off first, and then the vehicle is driven to the repair point. repair.
