1. Check the main fitting dimensions of the parts and components before assembly.

2. During the assembly of the explosion-proof box, the parts are not allowed to scratch, touch or scratch the explosion-proof surface.

3. When tightening screws and nuts, it is forbidden to strike or use inappropriate screwdrivers and wrenches.

4. According to the requirements before the assembly of electrical components pressure test, pressurization 1MP, maintain 10-12S. It should ensure no obvious deformation of the box and no leakage.

5 Assemble the electrical parts with proper position and securely.

6. The line number is marked with a marking machine and the line number is clear and complete. Wiring attention to line sequence color and wire diameter.

7. After the electrical equipment is installed, it shall be debugged according to the electrical design requirements.

8. After fastening the explosion-proof box, tighten the wiring harness, install the slot cover, and pay attention to the connection of the grounding cable. The grounding wire can be wound with Φ20-30 round bars for 6-8 turns to reduce the movement damage.

9. The explosion-proof surface of the finished part does not allow rust and scratches, scratches or other defects that may affect performance, life, or appearance.

10. All welds shall be welded on both sides. Welding flaws such as penetrations of trachoma must not be allowed. The welds must be flattened after welding.

11. Threaded holes and covers are fitted.

12. Before spraying and rusting the explosion-proof box, first use organic solvents, alkali solution, emulsifier, steam, etc. to remove grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.

13. All the processing steps are completed and the internal and external surfaces are electrostatically sprayed. Spraying with anticorrosive weatherproof paint, color is camel 09.

14. Before fastening the lid, apply a 0.1-0.3mm3# calcium grease to the explosion-proof surface of the box.

15. When tightening the lid, tighten each bolt with a tightening torque of 18N.M. Crosswise, symmetrically, gradually, and evenly.

16. Use a plug gauge to check the flameproof gap after the cover has been tightened. The maximum gap is less than 0.1mm.

17. After the assembly is completed, clean the surface of the cabinet and use foamed plastics for proper packaging to avoid damage to the cabinet structure and surface coating layer during transport and installation.
