At the end of 2007, three scientific and technological achievements of Yigou Tianxia Industrial Co., Ltd. of Hubei Province passed the national appraisal. They are “Study on the production technology of artificially farmed salmon caviar and clam products†and “Induction and extraction of metallothionein from cod liverâ€. "Study on Purification Technology" and "Research on Ecological Dual-Circulation Aquaculture System and Applied Technology". Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized an appraisal meeting. Experts and professors from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Institute of Water Engineering Ecology, Ministry of Water Resources, and Changjiang Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences participated in the evaluation of the results. The Appraisal Committee, after questioning and responding with full discussion, believed that the three scientific research achievements were at the leading level in the country and some of the indicators reached the international advanced level.
