Xiamen Tungsten Industry disclosed on the 26th that recently, the Ministry of Finance website issued the "Notice of the State Council Tariff Commission on Adjusting Export Tariffs for Some Products", and decided to adjust the export tariffs of some products from July 1, 2009. The export tariff adjustment involves the company's three tungsten products, namely ammonium paratungstate, tungsten trioxide, other tungsten oxides and hydroxides, and the tariff rate is reduced from the original 10% to 5%. The export of tungsten products from Xiamen Tungsten will benefit from this tariff adjustment.
It is reported that Xiamen Tungsten Industry's export sales revenue of tungsten products related to the above-mentioned export tariff adjustment in 2008 was 453.62 million yuan, accounting for 9.17% of the company's sales revenue. From January to May 2009, Xiamen tungsten industry involved in the export tariff adjustment of tungsten products. The income was 4.96 million yuan, accounting for 0.55% of the company's sales revenue.
