1. The cable inlet of the explosion-proof camera must be sealed with a rubber sealing ring. It is forbidden to use other methods such as filling with sealing glue and asbestos rope; it is forbidden to fill any substance in the cavity. Loss of explosion-proof performance; the oil on the rubber sealing ring should be scrubbed clean to avoid aging and deterioration.

2. It is strictly prohibited to modify the structure, parts and internal circuits of the explosion-proof camera. The tightening bolts shall not be replaced or missing arbitrarily. The excess elastic gaskets and metal gaskets of the inlet and outlet must be kept in the factory sealing state, and the compression nut should be tightened to seal the inlet.

3. If the wiring is good, use the dark wire. If there is no way to use the open wire, then make sure that the physical protection of the line part is good.

4. When installing, you should pay attention to avoid strong impact on the explosion-proof infrared camera. Before installation, you must confirm whether the power supply voltage is the specified voltage to avoid burnout. Do not point the lens at strong light places, such as sunlight, lighting, etc., otherwise it is prone to over-brightness. It will also have a certain impact on the service life of ccd. The installation location of the explosion-proof infrared camera should also avoid damp, dusty, extremely hot, extremely cold, strong electromagnetic radiation and other places.

5. During daily operation and maintenance inspection, try to avoid opening the casing of the explosion-proof camera, and cut off the power supply before opening. If the flameproof enclosure is opened, the flameproof surface should be properly protected from damage. The flameproof surface should be placed upward during maintenance and should not directly contact the ground. After cleaning, the flameproof surface should be coated with phosphate paste or 204 anti-rust oil.

6. The explosion-proof infrared camera is reflected by the infrared light provided by the CCD and reflected on the object to the CCD camera lens for imaging. Therefore, when installing the explosion-proof infrared camera, we should avoid all black objects, open spaces, water and other objects that absorb infrared light in the field of view. If infrared light is absorbed or weakened, the effective illumination of the infrared lamp will be greatly reduced. Therefore, the monitoring picture effect of the explosion-proof infrared camera is affected.
