The upper limit pointer is screwed to the position of the pressure specified by the test by means of a flat-blade screwdriver, and the lower limit pointer is screwed to the upper limit. The position of 0.05Mpa is small, so that when the pressure reaches the required pressure (upper limit value), the pressure is automatically stopped. When the pressure drops to a certain value (lower limit value), the air pump automatically starts the supplementary pressure. For example, the test pressure requires 0.3Mpa, and the upper end of the case is pulled to the 0.3 position of the dial, and then the middle lower limit pointer is screwed to the position of 0.25 with a screwdriver.
2. Before use, first use the Allen key to loosen the pressure ring of the three permeable trays, then close the drain valve, slowly inject the clean water from the water inlet to 2/3 of the container, and unscrew the valve separately. The inlet hole in the middle of "1", "2", "3" (0 is the drain valve) comes out of water, overflows the permeable tray, and then tightens the water inlet cap.
3. Place the tested piece on the annular rubber ring of the permeable tray, place the test piece pressure plate on the tested piece, and tighten the screw.
4. Set the time to set the time according to the test requirements and set the time value.
5. Plug in the power plug and turn on the start switch. The air pump starts to inject pressure gas into the container. At this time, the pressure indicator light is on.
6. When the pressure upper limit is reached, the pressure is automatically stopped. At this time, the constant pressure indicator light is on. After the test is completed according to the specified time, the water valve is opened, the water is released, the pressure is released, and the pressure ring is released to take off the test piece. The test is completed. .
