The total planned investment for the Southern Xinjiang Coal Distribution Base Project is about 1.834 billion yuan.

Among them, the first stage coal storage base project investment is about 1.665 billion yuan, the project site is located in the original site of Irkeshtan port, the designed annual coal circulation volume is 10 million tons, the annual static coal reserve is 1 million tons, and the annual output of the coal preparation plant 5 million tons of land with an area of ​​85.5 hectares; the second phase of the fine commodity coal base project has an investment of 168 million yuan. The project is located in the Topa Port area, with a designed annual coal circulation of 20 million tons, annual static coal reserves of 2 million tons, and a coal preparation plant. With an annual output of 10 million tons, the land area is 70.5 hectares.

After the project is completed and put into production, it is estimated that annual sales income will be 3.06 billion yuan, annual sales tax will be 10.53 million yuan, and the average annual profit during the production period will be 363 million yuan, and the average annual income tax will be 85.77 million yuan (the first-phase evaluation).
