If enterprises want to produce high-level products and need to regain the spirit of artisans, they must have a considerable variety of talent reserves. While cultivating talents, enterprises must retain talents through conceptual changes and institutional reforms. Of course, from the perspective of enterprises, talents should also hold the professional ethics. They should respect intellectual property rights.
