In the process of production line of plastic pipe , due to various reasons such as the operator's lack of skill in the process and machine operation, the plastic pipe often has a rough outer surface, a vibrating ring inside, uneven wall thickness, insufficient roundness, etc. It is necessary to adjust the process in time to eliminate the failure of the plastic pipe production line to improve product quality.
First, the outer surface of the plastic pipe is rough
1. Adjust the process temperature;
2, reduce the cooling water temperature, the optimal cooling water temperature of the PE pipe is 20 ~ 25 ° C;
3. Check the waterway for blockage or insufficient water pressure;
4. Check whether the heating coils such as the barrel and the machine head are damaged.
5. Adjust the flow rate of the sizing sleeve;
6. Check the performance and batch number of the raw materials;
7. Check the core temperature of the mold. If it is higher than the temperature of the die section, lower the core temperature;
8. Clean the aggregate of the mold.
Second, there are grooves on the inner surface
1. Check whether the inner tube enters the water. If the water enters, the tube embryo of the outlet mold is pinched to close the inner cavity;
2. Reduce the internal temperature of the mold;
3. Clean and polish the mold.
Third, the groove on the outer surface of the plastic pipe
1. Adjust the outlet pressure of the sizing sleeve, and the water output requirement is balanced;
2. Adjust the nozzle angle in the vacuum setting box to make the tube cool evenly;
3, check the die, sizing sleeve, cutting machine and other hardware for debris, burrs and so on.
Fourth, there is a jitter ring inside the pipe
1. Adjust the sizing water to make the water uniform;
2. Adjust the vacuum of the two chambers so that the vacuum of the back chamber is slightly higher than the vacuum of the front chamber;
3. Check if the vacuum seal is too tight;
4. Check if there is any jitter in the tractor;
5. Check if the main unit discharges evenly.
Five, the problem of co-extrusion logo
It is generally caused by improper selection of co-extruded materials used by users.
Special materials such as PE should be used, and if necessary, the temperature of the extrusion section can be lowered.
Sixth, the cutting gauge length is not accurate
1. Check if the gauge wheel is tight;
2. Check if the gauge wheel is oscillating and tighten the fixing wheel bracket fixing bolt;
3. Check if the cutting machine's travel switch is damaged;
4. Check if the rotary encoder is damaged.
5. Is there any de-soldering of the rotary encoder wiring (whether the aviation connector is in good contact);
6. Each single-machine casing (PE terminal) should be grounded to a total grounding point reliably, and the grounding point should have grounding piles that meet the requirements of electrical grounding. Do not allow each single-machine casing (PE terminal) to be grounded in series, otherwise Interference pulses will be introduced, causing the cutting length to be inaccurate.
Seven, plasticizing temperature is too high
1. Adjust the process;
2. Adjusting the heating temperature of the core of the mold and cooling the inside of the mold;
3. The shear heat of the screw is too high and the screw is replaced.
Eight, the pipe wall thickness is uneven
1. Adjust the wall thickness on the mold;
2. Adjust the nozzle angle of the vacuum setting machine and the spray box to make the pipe cool evenly;
3. Adjust the sizing water to make the water uniform;
4. Open the mold and check if the screws inside the mold are loose and retighten.
Nine, the roundness of the pipe is too bad
1. Adjust the nozzle angle of the vacuum setting machine and the spray box to make the pipe cool evenly;
2. Check the water level of the vacuum setting machine, the water level in the spray box, and the pressure of the water pressure gauge to make the spray volume large and powerful;
3. Check the water temperature condition of the vacuum setting machine and the spray box. If >35 °C, configure the chilled water system or increase the spray cooling box;
4. Check the waterway and clean the filter;
5. Check and correct the inner diameter of the sizing sleeve;
6. Adjust the pipe guide clamping device to correct the ellipticity of the pipe.
Ten, the outer diameter of the pipe is out of tolerance
1. Adjust the degree of vacuum to change the size of the outer garden;
2. Adjusting the traction speed can change the size of the outer garden;
3. Correct the inner hole size of the sizing sleeve.
XI, no vacuum
1. Check if the water inlet of the vacuum pump is blocked, such as blockage, and clear it;
2. Check if the vacuum pump works normally;
3. Check if the vacuum line is leaking;
4. Check if the small hole in the middle of the mandrel compression screw is blocked. If it is blocked, use a thin wire to clear it.
