(2) Transmission shaft A. The drive shaft is made of carbon steel pipe. After being made, it is annealed. The drive shaft of the paddle mixer is a cantilever shaft, and the bottom fixed bearing is not used. There is no defect in the surface of the shaft to eliminate its influence on the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the shaft. The linearity, verticality and accuracy of the shaft are accurate, with an axial length per meter and a maximum allowable deviation of 1 mm.
The impeller groove of the moving shaft should be designed to consider the up and down movement of the impeller with a minimum spacing of 150 mm. The movement of the impeller does not affect other devices.
