When it comes to pneumatic ash, we have to pick up the composition and working principle of the pump. The warehouse pump is generally composed of a feed valve, a pressure valve, a blow valve, a delivery valve, a pump body and a pipeline, and the control gas source is a gas source for transportation (may also be separately provided). Pneumatic pump is mainly used for the transportation of fly ash in this system. It has high degree of automation and uses PLC to control the whole conveying process to implement automatic control. It mainly consists of feeding device, pneumatic discharge valve, pump body, gasification device, pipeline system and valve. The warehouse pump delivery process is divided into four phases:

Feeding stage: After the warehouse pump is put into operation, the feed valve is opened, and the material is free to fall into the pump body. When the level gauge sends a full signal or reaches the set time, the feed valve automatically closes. In this process, the level gauge is the main control component and the feed time is controlled as a backup measure. The feed valve is automatically closed as soon as the fill level or feed time is reached. The main application products are rotary pendulum valves and ceramic double gate gate valves;

Fluidization and pressurization stage: the pump body pressurization valve is opened, the compressed air enters from the gasification chamber at the bottom of the pump body, diffuses and passes through the fluidized bed, and the gas pressure in the pump gradually rises while the material is fully fluidized. The main applications are ceramic ball valves and ceramic double gate valves.

Conveying stage: When the pressure in the pump reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor sends a signal, and the blowing valve opens. After a few seconds delay, the discharging valve is automatically opened, the fluidization of the fluidized bed is strengthened, the conveying starts, and the pump is started. The material is gradually reduced. During this process, the material on the fluidized bed is always in the state of being transported while flowing. The main application products are ceramic double gate valve and rotary pendulum valve;

Purge stage: When the material in the pump is delivered and the pressure drops to or close to the resistance of the pipeline, the pressure valve and the blow valve are closed, and the discharge valve is closed after a certain time delay, thereby completing a working cycle.
