The first flowmeter mixer in China was unveiled at the 2005 International Beverage Machinery Exhibition. The successful development of this equipment marks a new step in China's beverage mixer technology.
Beverage mixers are key equipment in carbonated beverage production equipment. Its quality directly determines the quality of the beverage. Previously, the domestic high-quality mixer was basically based on the Japanese Mitsubishi technology introduced by Hefei Light Machine (Hefei Zhongchen Predecessor) in the 1980s. However, this technology has been insufficient in large-volume production and automation control. With the continuous and healthy development of the beverage industry, the demand for high-end equipment by domestic enterprises is also increasing, and has always relied on imports. In order to change this situation, Hefei Zhongchen adheres to the experience of Hefei Light Machine for many years of research and production of mixers, and organizes technical strength to develop a flowmeter mixer on the basis of extensive study of the latest foreign technology, with a production capacity of 400 liters/min.
The flowmeter mixer is quite different from the previously produced mixers in terms of structural principle and control form. Its technological advancement lies in: the whole system utilizes sugar, water flow meter, CO2 flow meter, valve, proportional controller, so that PLC is always in online dynamic detection, dynamic control:
1. Control the mixing ratio of sugar and water to ensure the mixing precision.
2. Control the amount of CO2 injection to ensure the degree of carbonization and ensure the gas content index.
The successful development of this technology provides equipment guarantee for domestic beverage companies to improve the quality of carbonated beverages, and also leads the development of domestic beverage mixer technology to a new and higher direction. At present, the technology has reached the international advanced level.
