In order to alleviate the difficulties in production and operation of power companies, guarantee power supply, and promote resource conservation, according to the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Issues Related to Raising Electricity Prices" (Development and Reform [2008] No. 207), it is decided to appropriately raise the price level of Huazhong Power Grid. . The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, properly adjust the on-grid tariff (1) In order to alleviate the impact of rising coal prices, appropriately increase the on-grid price of power generation enterprises. Huazhong Power Grid's provincial (city) power grid unified coal-fired units (including cogeneration units) on-grid price (including tax, the same below) price increase per kWh: Hubei Province, 2.3 cents, Hunan Province, 1.8 cents, 2 cents in Henan Province, 1.5 cents in Jiangxi Province, 2.09 cents in Sichuan Province, and 2.7 cents in Chongqing. (2) Raising the on-grid tariff of the new production units that meet the national approval (approval) requirements. Within the unified dispatching scope of the provincial power grid, the on-grid electricity price of the newly-fired coal-fired units (including cogeneration units) installed with desulfurization facilities is adjusted to: 0.405 yuan in Hubei Province, 0.4205 yuan in Hunan Province, 0.3692 yuan in Henan Province, and Jiangxi Province. 0.4 yuan, 0.3687 yuan in Sichuan Province, 0.3643 yuan in Chongqing. For units that do not have desulfurization facilities installed, the on-grid tariff will be deducted by 1.5 cents per kWh based on the above electricity price. After the new production unit enters commercial operation, the on-grid electricity price will be executed at the above price.
(3) The price of power transmission from the Three Gorges Power Station to the relevant provinces (cities) in Central China increased to: 0.2306 yuan in Hubei Province, 0.2397 yuan in Hunan Province, 0.255 yuan in Jiangxi Province, 0.2389 yuan in Henan Province, and 0.229 yuan in Chongqing City. The kilowatt hours were increased to: 0.2927 yuan in Hubei Province, 0.3021 yuan in Hunan Province, 0.3179 yuan in Jiangxi Province, 0.3012 yuan in Henan Province, and 0.291 yuan in Chongqing. The transmission price and transmission permit loss rate of the Three Gorges Power Station to the relevant provinces (cities) in China will still be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the reform and development price [2003] No. 1028.
(4) Henan Zhongyuan Gas Power Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Gas Power Generation Co., Ltd. temporarily implemented a temporary feed-in tariff of 0.48 yuan per kWh.
(5) The electricity price of the electricity generated by Ertan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. to Chongqing is adjusted to 0.278 yuan per kWh. The minimum protection price for small hydropower in Chongqing increased to 0.22 yuan per kWh.
(6) In order to encourage the development of hydropower resources, ease the pressure on the cost increase of hydropower enterprises, and increase the on-grid price of low-cost small hydropower in Hunan Province by 1.5 cents per kWh; the on-grid tariffs of other hydropower enterprises will increase by 0.5 cents per kWh.
Second, in order to gradually rationalize the transmission and distribution price of the power grid and compensate for the losses caused by the snow and ice earthquake disaster, the transmission and distribution price of Hubei, Hunan, Henan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, and Chongqing (city) power grids increased by 0.45 cents per kWh and 0.55 cents respectively. 0.2 cents, 0.45 cents, 0.21 cents and 0.5 cents (both of which include the transmission costs of Huazhong Power Grid Corporation).

V. The price adjustment will not adjust the electricity prices of residential electricity, agriculture and fertilizer production; the electricity prices of various counties (cities, districts) listed in the Sichuan earthquake reconstruction plan will not be adjusted.
6. Appropriate adjustment of the sales price structure. Increase the proportion of the basic electricity price in the two-part electricity price; open the difference between the various voltage levels. The price of electricity for commercial and non-general industries in Henan Province is the same price; the industrial price of industrial parks in Jiangxi Province is the same as that of Jiangxi Power Grid.
7. The above electricity price adjustment will be implemented from July 1, 2008 (copying electricity).
8. Power companies should strengthen management, tap potential and reduce consumption, and strive to digest cost increases such as rising coal prices to ensure safe and stable power supply.
