At the time of brooding, a brooding box is set in the chicken house, and according to the continuous growth of the chicken, it is gradually released to adapt to the required area of ​​the chicken. The key to brooding is temperature. The indigenous bacteria raise the chicken, even if it is minus 15-20 degrees, it will not be heated, only relying on natural insulation. Chickens that are warmed with coal or heaters have long feathers. When they grow up, the temperature is slightly reduced, and they can't stand it for a long time. They are often squeezed into a pile or even crushed. The chickens that are bred with natural heat preservation are fine and short in feathers and can be active even in sub-zero temperatures. Their self-regulating ability is developed, and they can produce subcutaneous fat in three days, and they can withstand a cold climate.

1. The design of the brooding box. The brooding box is divided into room A (hot zone), room B (warm zone), and room C (cold zone). Between the A and B rooms, press the cotton curtain to let the chick think of the hen's cell. Whenever reciprocating between the two rooms, the chick feels like it is being taken care of by the hen. The chicks inhabit the warm Room A, feed in Room B, and drink in Room C. The distance from room A to room C is 700 cm, and the chicks have to do 50-60 round-trips a day. Through these exercises, the chickens will grow into healthy and healthy chickens.

2. The feed is brown rice and bamboo leaves. The indigenous bacteria raise chickens, and the brown rice that is hard-boiled by the chickens is initially given, and there is no restriction (three days for laying hens, one day for meat chickens), and no other powdery feed is supplied.

Three days later, dry powdered feed and bamboo leaves were supplied, and the chickens were domesticated like cows. After 50 days, the supply of crude meal began, and gradually increased its amount until 60% of the egg production rate increased to 20-25% after about 6 months. The chicken that feeds this feed grows revolutionary in the stomach, not only in the stomach, but also in the digestive capacity. The same chicks, fed from the beginning of the concentrate, the sandbags are small, the length of the intestines is only 130-140 cm, while the chickens fed with brown rice and bamboo leaves, the length of the intestines can reach 260-300 cm. The length of the cecum is 7 times, and the digestive organs can digest what can be eaten in the stomach. With such a stomach, the chicken can survive for a lifetime without health and health.

From a global perspective, increasing animal food is the direction of China's and global food adjustment. Since 2000, world per capita pork consumption has increased by 10%, beef consumption has increased by 5%, and poultry meat consumption has increased by 17%. Although the absolute consumption of poultry meat is still less than that of pork, the gap with pork consumption has gradually narrowed. The proportion of poultry meat in China is close to 20%, and the per capita consumption is 11.5 kg, which is lower than the world average. The per capita consumption of poultry in the United States is 52 kilograms, accounting for 62% of meat consumption, and Brazil is 35 kilograms, accounting for 50% of meat consumption. The Outline of China's Food and Nutrition Development (2001-2010) proposes that to meet the nutritional needs of our people, the meat production capacity needs to increase by 50%. It can be seen that there is still great potential for poultry meat production and consumption in China. Among all kinds of livestock and poultry, the feed conversion rate of chicken is the highest. (7:1 for beef cattle, 4:1 for pigs, and 2:1 for chickens.) Developing livestock and poultry farming with high feed conversion rate is an inevitable choice for the livestock and poultry industry to achieve sustainable development.

Poultry products are an important source of human consumption, and the development of poultry meat production will make an important contribution to food safety. At the same time, as environmental protection, animal welfare, and food safety are gaining more and more attention, environmental pollution, poor management of livestock and poultry manure, animal welfare, and unsafe farming techniques will be increasingly strict. Restricted or even eliminated, and environmentally friendly and ecological farming techniques will be increasingly welcomed and valued, showing a strong vitality. We believe that this livestock revolution includes both quantitative demand and qualitative needs, including environmental protection and sustainable development. Feeding chickens in the fermentation bed is an environmentally friendly and ecological chicken, which fully meets the needs of the sustainable development of the poultry industry and has broad development prospects. We will continue to improve the application and promotion of the chicken bed technology in the fermentation bed, and make new efforts for the sustainable development of the poultry industry and the increase of farmers' income.
