Double flanged cylindrical trimming die design

The punching part shown in Figure 1 is an important connecting part used on a product produced by our factory. Because of its thin wall thickness and large production volume, our factory has adopted stamping processing. Because it is a double-flange cylindrical piece, when the large flange is punched and formed, it brings certain difficulty to the design of turning and cutting the other flange side die. After repeated thinking, the design of the "Hafu" mold structure successfully solved this problem.
