Huang Jianguo and his research team built a series of new-type nano-structured metal oxides and their corresponding composite materials using natural cellulose materials as templates and support structures, and thoroughly studied their unique material structure and materials used as anode materials for lithium ion batteries Electrochemical properties. This type of material has a three-dimensional network porous structure of natural cellulose and good conductivity, which effectively relieves the volume change of the material during charging and discharging to achieve better material stability and improve the battery's cycle performance. Studies have shown that natural cellulose materials provide an ideal platform for the construction of functional nanomaterials with different compositions.
In recent years, with the support of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation Outstanding Youth Team Project and other funds, the Huang Jianguo team has designed and constructed a series of nano-structured biomimetic functional materials based on natural cellulose materials, with superhydrophobic surfaces, sensing and catalysis.
