1. Songbi Gao's leading copper powder production process is to roast, oxidize or oxidize the atomized powder; and then to recover the atomized iron powder similarly internally recovered by the high-temperature recovery; the pine ratio is usually 2.3 to 2. 5g/cm3; and the atomized copper powder looseness ratio obtained by the current domestic process is usually 2. 7~3. 0g/cm3; the relatively small compression ratio leads to poor green strength.

4. Sintering scale stability is poor. When copper powder and tin powder are mixed; because the tin powder is thin and simple, segregation occurs; the same batch of products is large or small or the same product is severely deformed during sintering; the accuracy of the scale after shaping is severely affected.
5. The porosity of the closed copper powder is high. Although the shape of the domestic copper powder is irregular, the whole surface looks like lubrication; the inside of the particle does not constitute pores; the closed porosity of the oil bearing is higher than that of the oil bearing; the product with the same density shows the appearance of lack of oil content.
