A method for recovering silver, gold, bismuth, copper, and lead from lead anode slime is characterized by the following steps: 1. Using a liquid to solid ratio of 3:1 to 6:1, 3N to 5.5N hydrochloric acid. Leach for 1~2h at 60~90°C, remove the copper and yttrium in the anode mud, recover the yttrium by hydrolysis, and replace the copper with iron chips; 2. Add 3 to 10% of sodium chlorate with slag weight to the residue of filter residue. A ratio of 3:1 to 5:1, 0.3N to 1N of hydrochloric acid and 2 to 12% of sodium chloride residue are leached for 1 to 3 hours at 60 to 90C, and the filtrate is reduced with oxalic acid or iron sulfite or sulfur dioxide. Sponge gold; 3. The sodium chlorate leaching slag with a liquid to solid ratio of 3:1 to 6:1, 3N ~ 5N of ammonia in the secondary leaching at 20 ~ 60 °C for 1 ~ 3h after filtration, the filtrate plus 1.2 ~2 times of hydrated hydrazine reduction to obtain sponge silver, filter residue is lead dichloride of 56-70%; 4. After dissolving sponge silver in reagent grade nitric acid, it is adsorbed and filtered by dechlorinating agent such as activated carbon or activated aluminum. After evaporation, crystallization, filtration and drying, pure silver nitrate was analyzed.
