For existing samples, it takes 1to2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 7to15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.

Roller Bearing

Roller bearing, one of the two members of the class of rolling, or so-called antifriction, bearings (the other member of the class is the Ball Bearing). Like a ball bearing, a roller bearing has two grooved tracks, or races, but the balls are replaced by rollers. The rollers may be cylinders or truncated cones. Only radial loads (i.e., loads perpendicular to the axis of rotation) can be carried when the rollers are cylindrical, but with conical rollers both radial and thrust, or axial, loads (i.e., ones parallel to the axis of rotation) can be carried. A needle bearing has cylindrical rollers that are relatively slender and completely fill the space between the races; in many cases the inner race is dispensed with. Because there is line contact between a roller and the races, while in a ball bearing there is point contact, in a given space a roller bearing can carry a greater radial load than a ball bearing.

This reduces complexity, weight, and build-up of concentricity tolerances.
