SXDW-5A earth network tester test operation steps

SXDW-Earth network tester test operation steps
First check whether the current line, voltage line and ground network line used for the test are disconnected (can be measured with a multimeter), whether the rust on the ground pile is removed, and whether the buried depth is appropriate (> 0.5 meters), and also check the test line Whether the connection with the ground pile is continuity, if not, please reconnect after handling.
The length ratio of the current test line to the voltage test line is 1: 0.618, and the length of the current test line should be 3-5 times the diagonal of the ground network.
The current test line and voltage test line are connected in parallel with the instrument according to the specified length and then released in parallel. The other end is respectively connected to two ground piles (as shown in Figure 2).
Check the test line that has been put out again. SXDW-Ground Tester connects one end of the multimeter to the current line or voltage line, and the other end of the grounding network line is open if there is no resistance value. Confirm that it is intact and then perform the test.
After checking the connection is correct, connect the AC220V / 50HZ power supply to the instrument to power on the instrument.
Press the measurement key to start measurement
After the instrument shows that the test is over, record the test data.
After turning off the power of the instrument, disconnect the cable and the test process ends.
3. Instrument operation instructions:
(1) Turn on the power switch, the computer performs a self-test, and first enters the boot interface.
(2) Press the function key to move the cursor to each menu item and cycle through the instructions. The highlighted items are displayed in reverse font.
(3) In the item currently indicated by the cursor, press the key to change the menu and cycle the instructions.
(4) Please select the function corresponding to the test requirements and click the start button to enter the following test interface
(5). Test: Turn on the high-voltage switch. When the cursor is on, the SXDW-Earth Net Tester presses the confirmation key for about 5 seconds to start the test. The screen displayed during the test is shown in the figure above (ground network, frequency conversion). When the following process reaches 100%, the test is completed, and then the measurement result interface is displayed. At this time, the cursor indicates the printer icon and press the confirm key to print the report. The meaning of the measurement results is as follows:
Zx: measured impedance value of the ground network Rx: measured impedance value of the ground network
V: applied voltage value (voltage above the current pile)
I: Current flowing through the test product
F1, F2: test frequency
After printing, turn off the power switch and the test is complete.
Please press the up and down keys to select three interfaces to display the test parameters
6). Checking the power supply, checking the current pile, checking the voltage pile, checking the grounding network, etc. that appear on the screen during the test all indicate that the instrument will automatically check, generally about 15 seconds, please wait patiently, do n’t worry.
4. Detailed explanation of the test menu
1). Measurement methods: The instrument can choose five measurement methods, namely "ground network", "current pile", "voltage pile", "step voltage", "continuous ground" "soil resistivity". The first three The functions are to measure the impedance of the ground network, the impedance of the current pile, and the impedance of the voltage pile. In general, the "ground network" should be selected to measure the impedance of the ground network when doing experiments. When the user requires the measurement of the impedance of the current or voltage pile It can be directly measured after selection. The function of "soil resistivity" is to measure the earth resistance and soil resistivity. The default line length is 20 meters. You can also modify the line length. The function of "step voltage" is to measure parameters such as step voltage and contact voltage. (Note that the "voltage" needs to be equipped with a frequency-selective voltmeter)
2). Frequency selection: The instrument can choose two measurement frequencies, namely "frequency conversion" and "fixed frequency". When doing experiments on site, generally choose "frequency conversion" for experiment, so that the measurement can eliminate the electromagnetic interference on site. "Frequency" mode is used when the generator is powered. "Frequency conversion" uses multiple sets of double frequency conversion such as 45Hz / 55Hz 55Hz / 65Hz 49Hz / 51Hz. The "fixed frequency" uses 50Hz to measure in China.
3). Current selection: The instrument provides 5 kinds of measurement currents. That is, 1A / 2A / 3A / 4A // 1 gear per 1A, a total of 5 gears. Select the test current according to the size of the current pile impedance. In general, use 1A current That's it.
4). Automatic printing: When the cursor is on the current, press the "OK" button, a small symbol of the printer will appear or disappear in the lower left corner of the screen, which means to select or cancel the automatic printing function. When automatic printing is selected, the test is completed, the instrument Automatically print the results. When canceling the automatic printing, if you want to print the results, you need to manually print the results.
5). Manual printing: After the instrument is tested, the interface shown in Figure 7 appears. Press the button to choose between "Print" and "Exit". If you select "Print" and press the "Confirm" button, the results will be printed. If you select "Exit", press the "Confirm" button, it will return to the initial interface as shown in Figure 3.
Instructions for instrument self-diagnosis during testing
1. When "please turn on and restart", it may be that the internal power supply of the instrument is protected, and it is turned off and restarted.
2. When the test current is 0.0A, the connection between the "current line" and the "current pole" ground pile may be poor or there are too few ground piles. It is necessary to increase the ground piles and reduce the loop resistance. The depth of the ground pile is not less than 0.5m. The current pile resistance should be less than 200Ω.
3. If the measured value displayed by the instrument is extremely low (<0.01Ω), the voltage line may not be connected.
4. When the instrument is tested, a resistance of more than 20 ohms must be connected in series at the output of C1 to simulate the field current pile resistance, otherwise it may cause large errors in the measurement data.
