Acceptance requirements : Sanitary ware should be clean and free from damage. Sanitary ware installation must be firm and must not be loosened; the drainage is unblocked; the joints should be sealed without leakage; the valves are flexible. Acceptance by visual and feel methods.
After the installation is completed, no less than 2h water test no leakage, water volume are as follows:
The height of the toilet bowl should be up to 10mm below the hand hole;
All kinds of wash basins and washbasins should be filled to the overflow outlet;
The bathtub should be no less than one third of the depth of the cylinder;
The water dish should be no less than two-thirds of the dish depth.
General provisions for the installation of sanitary ware:
The water supply connecting pipe of the sanitary ware shall not have any defects such as concave and convex flatness.
Sanitary ware should be fixed firmly. Do not use expansion bolts to secure sanitary fixtures in perforated bricks or light partitions.
Sanitary ware must be tightly connected with the inlet pipe and drain outlet, and no leakage can occur. The toilet is fixedly installed with expansion bolts and sealed with oil lime or silicone rubber. The base must not be fixed with cement mortar. Bathtub drain must be hard piped.
Sanitary equipment acceptance criteria analysis: sanitary ware appearance should be clean without damage, sanitary ware installation is solid, not loose, smooth drainage. All connections should be sealed without leakage, the valve switch is flexible, and maintenance is convenient. The toilet base must not be fixed with cement mortar. It is advisable to use oil lime or silicone adhesive for sealing.
