(1) Visual inspection: Before, during, and after re-welding, it is not allowed to produce the following conditions:
A. The welding flange is not flat, too big or too small.
B. The two tubes are not on the same axis.
C. The surface of the weld flange is shiny (representing overheating and excessive cooling stress).
(2) Non-destructive inspection:
A. Connect a metal needle with an electronic pistol to measure the leak point and impurities in the weld.
B. X-ray inspection: All bad conditions can be checked by X-ray.
C. Mechanical and destructive testing:
Hydraulic test: Some welding defects can be tested by hydraulic test.
