PE-X tube
PE-X tube is also called cross-linked polyethylene tube. It adopts high molecular weight and high density (density is more than 0.94g/cm3) polyethylene or ethylene copolymer, adding appropriate amount of auxiliary agent, and using cross-linking agent to produce between long molecular chains of polyethylene under high temperature and high pressure. Chemically healthy, chemical cross-linking is achieved, making it a three-dimensional network of macromolecular structure heating tubes, which cannot be hot melted. According to the different crosslinking methods, it can be divided into peroxide cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa), silane cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb), irradiated cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xc), azo cross-linking. Polyethylene (PE-Xd). Used in low temperature floor radiant heating. It is forbidden to use in steam pipelines, the price is relatively low, and the economy is good.
PP-R tube
PP-R pipe is also called three-type polypropylene pipe. A random heating copolymer of propylene and an appropriate amount of ethylene, an appropriate amount of auxiliary agent, and an extruded thermoplastic heating tube. The thermal conductivity is only 1/200 of that of metal pipes, which is excellent for energy saving of hot water pipes. PB tube
PB material has excellent performance and has the reputation of “plastic goldâ€. PB tube is light in weight, withstand voltage, impact resistance, low temperature resistance and high temperature performance. It can be used at 95 °C for a long time. The maximum temperature is 110 °C. Flexibility is the best among several commonly used heating pipes. Melt connection, joint is reliable, but the price is higher due to raw materials. It is the most expensive of all the pipes.
Cross-linked polyethylene aluminum-plastic composite pipe
The middle aluminum layer has the function of blocking oxygen, and can also improve the internal and external pressure resistance of the pipe to a certain extent. The shape can be maintained after bending during construction, but the bending radius is relatively large, which may occur during installation or when it is subjected to instantaneous high temperature. Delamination, and the price is higher. It is a kind of floor heating pipe that is better than PEX-A pipe.
