4. Question: How should the hard disk recording host be partitioned?

Answer: System main hard disk: (example 160GB)

4) Create a logical partition E under the extended partition: (remaining hard disk space, save to backup file)

System expansion hard disk: Each block is divided into only one extended partition, and only one logical partition is established in the extended partition.

Special Note: The host hard disk must be divided into at least C:D:E: more than three partitions, otherwise the system will not work properly.

5. Question: How can I solve the problem of crash after unable to recycle video or video recording?

Answer: First of all, you should carefully read the instructions of the host to confirm whether the currently set recording mode is “one time recording” or “loop recording”.

Secondly, this situation is likely to be related to the tools used by the hard disk partition. It is recommended not to use any hard disk partitioning tool. WINDOWS98 is best to use the FDISK partition command to partition. WINDOWS2000 is partitioned using its own partitioning tool.

9. Question: Installation instructions for the audio and video card drivers.

The driver for the video card cannot be loaded, and only the full number of drivers can be viewed in safe mode.

Example: You have 8 cards plugged into the motherboard. You can only install 8 drivers. You should check the number of audio and video card drivers in 'Safe Mode'. If the video card driver is redundant with the number of video cards installed, the system sometimes does not work properly.

Note: The four-way real-time card is equivalent to 4 independent cards. You need to install 4 drivers. The rest of the audio and video cards are installed with one driver per card! If you find this phenomenon, you should put all the video cards in 'safe mode'. The drivers are all removed (including other duplicate devices of the system) and then restarted.

10. Question: Why can't the computer find the card?

Cause one: The computer power supply is not an ATx power supply. Please use ATX power supply.

15. Question: What should I do if audio monitoring and playback are not normal?

If the audio monitored and played back is not normal, the possible reasons are:

Reason three: Because the sound output amplitude of the monitor on the market is different, our factory setting is: VPP=2v. The amplitude of the audio input does not match, resulting in poor audio performance. You can adjust the magnification by inputting the audio and video card. If the output amplitude of the monitor is not within the listed range, only the output amplitude of the monitor can be adjusted, such as reducing the power supply voltage of the monitor. .

16. Question: The monitor is normal, but there is no sound for playback?
