(4) Soil and soil. If white bamboo shoots are harvested, in the end of March each year, combined with cultivating loose soil, a high ridge with a bottom width of 60 cm, a face width of 30 cm and a height of about 40 cm is cultivated in the growth area of ​​the young bamboo shoots.
