The statically balanced impeller is fixed to the shaft by a bushing and bushing nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the bushing nut.
The SH type open-type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings. The bearing is mounted in the bearing body, mounted on both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter. The pump is directly driven by the electric motor through a flexible coupling, and can also be driven by an internal combustion engine if necessary.
The double suction seal ring is used to reduce water leakage from the water pumping chamber of the water pump to the suction chamber. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (a mechanical seal can be used according to the user's needs).
The suction port and the discharge port of this type of pump are both below the axis of the pump shaft and are horizontally perpendicular to the axis.
