There are 11 aluminum alloy and deep-processing companies, including 6 key enterprises, 2 listed companies, and 2 enterprises with output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. It employs more than 3,000 people and its total assets are about RMB 16 billion. The annual production capacity of aluminum alloy and deep processing products reaches more than 500,000 tons, and the products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as Germany, France, Russia, Canada and Japan. The annual output value exceeds 3.9 billion yuan.
Liaoyuan Aluminum has formed a good situation in which the production of aluminum alloy profiles for rail transit vehicle bodies is mainly in parallel with machinery manufacturing, electronic power, petrochemicals, military weapons, building profiles, and strip foils. In the field of rail transportation, it can process 1,600 aluminum alloy bodies and 400 front-end cars, and can produce more than 70 models of aluminum alloy profiles, with more than 3,500 profiles, accounting for more than 60% of the domestic market share of similar products. The annual processing capacity of aluminum profiles is about 200,000 tons, and the annual casting capacity is about 300,000 tons. Aluminum doors and windows with an annual production capacity of 600,000 square meters, installation capacity of 400,000 square meters.
Achievements in the development of Liaoyuan Aluminum also include the world's advanced equipment and facilities. Liaoyuan currently has 30 aluminum extrusion production lines of 160mn, 110mn, 100mn, etc. It has more than 2,000 sets of various types of equipment. The main equipment is supplied by first-class international manufacturers such as Germany, Italy and Austria, and is equipped with a high-level automation system.
He stated that Liaoyuan will firmly grasp the historical opportunities of the rapid development of national rail transportation, Asian infrastructure construction and the “One Belt and One Road†strategy, and follow the overall strategic plan of Jilin Province to create “Central Innovation and Transformation Core Areaâ€, insisting on high starting point planning and high Standard construction and professional services, highlighting industrial characteristics, improving innovation systems, strengthening technology integration, and strengthening scale advantages.
