Usually, the three-roll gate shall be debugged before use to prepare for normal use, such as:
1) Left and right definition: In the face of a three-roll gate, the three-roll gate brake lever rotates clockwise to the left, and the three-roll gate brake lever rotates counterclockwise to the right;
2) Three roller gate input interface: +12V level signal or DC12V pulse signal with pulse width >100ms, drive current >10mA or dry contact signal or RS485 signal;
3) Connection of the terminal block: Connect the power supply and the opening signal according to the identification of the terminal block;
Normally there are 3 ways to connect the three roller gate opening signals:
Aã€Three roller gate dry contact signal: VDD is common, OPE-L and OPE-R are respectively short-circuited to VDD and left open and right open signals respectively;
B, +12V level signal or DC12V pulse signal: GND is common, and OPE-L and OPE-R form high and low level circuits respectively with GND. They are left open and right open signals respectively (Note: High level is connected. OPE-L or OPE-R);
C, RS485 signal: TA, TB are A+, B- respectively, GND is public land.
4) Three-roller brake single-direction free-pass adjustment: Adjust the solenoid nut's stroke nut to open the positioning arm, which can make the gate machine free-flow in one direction.
Among them, the three-roll gate adjustment positioning nut must be fixed firmly to prevent loosening.
