Our company mainly uses the Roots flowmeter for canteens and catering users with large gas consumption (greater than 100 m3/h). After use, it has the following advantages: high precision, wide range ratio, low initial flow rate, easy installation, maintenance and cleaning (maintenance can be maintained on site), low requirements for straight pipe sections before and after the flowmeter, and online Temperature and pressure intelligent compensation, suitable for high and medium pressure measurement. Compared with the gas meter, the price of the Roots flowmeter is higher than that of the membrane gas meter under the same flow conditions, but the cost performance is high, and it is more economical than the membrane gas meter after comprehensive consideration. During installation, prevent debris, welding slag, etc. from entering the flowmeter. Install the filter before the flowmeter. Before the ventilation, the flowmeter should be installed after the pressure test. Regularly clean the filter during operation to ensure proper operation of the Roots flowmeter.

5 Turbine flowmeter is a speed type flowmeter. The measuring principle is to measure the volumetric flow rate of gas by using the turbine placed in the gas to sense the average gas velocity. The turbine speed is proportional to the volume of the gas to be measured. Turbine flowmeter has high precision, large flow, working condition flow of more than 6 000 m3/h, and high degree of intelligence, which can realize online temperature and pressure compensation. However, the installation conditions are relatively high, and there is a requirement for the length of the straight pipe before and after the installation position of the flowmeter, the range ratio is small, and the cleanliness requirement for the gas is also high. It is suitable for the measurement of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, and is mainly used for gas equipment with relatively constant heat load such as furnace and kiln in industrial and mining enterprises.
