Low-speed centrifuge operation and precautions
Low-speed centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as centrifuge) operation and precautions:
1. Before using the centrifuge, check whether the external power supply meets the requirements and whether the centrifuge is reliably grounded.
2. Before using the centrifuge, carefully check the rotor and the centrifuge tube for cracks or corrosion. It is strictly forbidden to use a rotor or a centrifuge tube with cracks or corrosion.
3. Check the centrifuge for any foreign matter before using the centrifuge.
4. Hang the centrifuge tube and check if the centrifuge tube is stuck.
5. It is forbidden to operate the rotor beyond its rated speed.
6. Unbalanced operation is strictly prohibited.
7. It is strictly forbidden to run without rotor at high speed.
8. When the centrifuge is running, it is forbidden to move the centrifuge. It is forbidden to open the centrifuge door. It is forbidden to touch the running rotor.
9. It is strictly forbidden to touch the inverter and change the set value of the inverter.
10. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 °C, the front ventilation window can be removed for ventilation.
11. The centrifuge or rotor is deactivated for three months and must be operated at a low speed for 10 minutes before being allowed to operate at the maximum speed of the rotor.
12. Do not place containers filled with liquid on the door and control box of the centrifuge.
13. Do not use a centrifuge to separate flammable or explosive samples. Do not use or store flammable or explosive samples within 300mm of the centrifuge.
