1. All electrical equipment of the centrifuge should be installed and grounded in accordance with electrical regulations.
2. The motor and electrical control device of the centrifuge cannot be operated in a flammable or explosive place before the safety accessories are assembled in place.
3. If the centrifuge is too loud or has abnormal noise, do not let the centrifuge continue to run.
4. Do not let the centrifuge run above the specified maximum speed, process material specific gravity, operating pressure and temperature.
5. If cracks, local rust, holes and grooves are found on the drum, motor, and support members, do not turn on the centrifuge.
6. The centrifuge cannot be turned on without the protective cover or other protective devices provided.
7. The motor cannot be started until the mechanical part of the centrifuge has not been confirmed normally.
8. Do not let rags and loose clothing get close to the rotating parts of the centrifuge.
9. Regularly inspect and operate all automatic shutdown devices and monitoring systems.
10. Regularly check the foundation of the centrifuge and motor and the looseness of the bolts on the support members, covers, openings and pipe joints.
11. Lubricate the centrifuge as required.
12. Do not open the hood and disassemble the centrifuge until the centrifuge is completely stopped and the power is disconnected.
13. Assembly, disassembly, operation and maintenance should be carried out at all times in accordance with the recommended procedures and procedures.
