Leading cadres who regulate and wear labor insurance products should take the lead

The author has recently seen that some grass-roots units have published pictures on corporate LANs. Some leading cadres are on the construction site, and wearing labor insurance products is not standardized.

For example, some wearing hard hats did not fasten the belts; some wore full protective clothing, but the clothes buttons were not buckled as required. The phenomenon of non-standard wearing of these labor protection products should attract attention.

With regard to safety production regulations and systems, every employee of the company must implement it without exception, whether it be a leading cadre or an ordinary employee. As the leading cadres of enterprises, they must regulate the implementation of safety production laws and regulations and require employees to do their own work. This is not only a concrete embodiment of the implementation of the "feeling leadership" requirement, but also a powerful call for the implementation of a standardized system.

The author proposes that all units, especially the functional departments of safety production management, should further strengthen the propaganda and enforcement of safety production laws and regulations, and truly implement “My position, I will be responsible, and do our utmost to ensure safety” to every position, including leadership. Positions ensure that each employee of the company does not discount the safety production rules and regulations, and creates favorable conditions for achieving safe production.
